Deborah Bacarella has steadfastly supported our efforts to find a retirement home in Boynton Beach, Florida. We started working with Deborah before COVID and picked up again 3 years later around March 2023. During those intervening years she stayed in touch and sent us relevant things about housing in Florida. She understood our requirements and identified listings that met our needs. Deborah Bacarella is an exceptional realtor. She is by far the best realtor I have ever done business with in my 35 plus years of buying and selling homes. From the start, after viewing the property, Deborah performed a thorough market analysis. It is evident she maintains a keen knowledge of the real estate market. Being analytical, I ask lots of questions. Deborah has great patience. She exudes a professional, calming demeanor, letting you know she is attentively listening to your needs and concerns. She systematically addressed each inquiry to my satisfaction. Deborah is thoughtful in her words. And honesty is core to her integrity as a realtor. Expect that she will address your questions and concerns directly with clarity and honesty. Once we settled upon the list price, Deborah went full force into identifying and VERIFYING all property and community enhancements, amenities and statistics. She selected stellar photographs and worked with the same professional to develop an amazing marketing video for our listing. Deborah thrives on attention to details. She will ask you your opinion and approval on everything if that is what you want (which I did). We listed in a cooling market. Deborah adapted. She found innovative ways to market our property. For example, if a potential buyer said they had to list their home first, she visited with them to investigate the possibilities available to them to make an offer now. When we received an offer, she doubled back to the buyer agents whose clients had shown interest in the home to let them know there was an offer pending if they were still interested. Throughout the process, we always felt Deborah was our advocate. When an offer was below our expectation Deborah would always say that it was important that we be comfortable with the offer in the end. If asked her opinion about an offer, she was always forthcoming and would provide data to back up her assessment. You don’t need to call Deborah to get updates. Before you even contemplate asking for one, you will either get a phone call or text. She notified us of every showing, attended almost all of them (only missed a couple due to a conflict in scheduling due to a last minute notice) and then followed up with the buyers’ agents to get feedback. She attended the inspection and walk through both of which she notified us of in advance and updated us as soon as she could as to the outcome. When the inspection report became an issue, she worked to bring the buyer and us to a mutual resolution. Even when the 5 PM contract deadline passed and the contract had expired, she continued to work with the buyer’s agent to come to a mutual agreement of what would be addressed from the inspection even though it was 8 PM. Her hard work and determination is what changed the dynamics of a spiraling situation to a sale. I will be looking to purchase a home in central Florida by year's end. Deborah has set a high standard for my next realtor.
